Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

ah you have learned the art of sarcasm young paedawon. threads that really have no pertinent info should be locked like this one but ones where there is still info to be added that are fact and not opinions should be kept open.

there is no bloody way that IT&B has a stock of 2008 pista concept frames. they did/do have bianchi D2 frames - which are in no way nearly as nice as a pista concept. granted, I have not visited IT&B recently but it has to be one of the worse/most overpriced bicycle shop in honolulu.

also, the alien bicycle is sturdy. there are two guys in honolulu that ride it dirty with drops. and considering you are riding it in honolulu potholed streets, you really want sturdy.
