Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Hartford Fixed Gear

I'm at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. Is there anyone else out there in the Hartford area riding fixed gear?

Hit me up!

Bikes: yes

there's a crew from hartford that usually shows up to connecticut races. i know there are hartford alleycats. new haven ones, too. new haven scene is really nice, but i've never raced in hartford. and there are riders in middletown; matt who runs ghostshipclothing(.com) works at pedal power in middletown and is a damn nice dude. there's are myspace networks for the new haven scene and probably the hartford scene as well.
