What do you mean by "legit"?
I'm sure it's a good hub, but it's just the front. You can use any hub you want on the front. It's not worth the kind of price that an NJS hub will garner.
Maybe if you already happen to have the matching rear...but then you wouldn't be asking.

If it is really a Suntour Superbe hub, then its worth the money. But it has no sticker... Boo...
