do these exist? the mechanic at my lbs seemed to think they did. just to be clear what im talking about, im looking for a top tube protector, not a top tube pad, I also am not interested in making one myself out of a strip of spare leather. He seemed to think that ones existed that were just like the kashimax gold top tube protector that is a sprung piece or brass or steal, in the case covered in leather, then coated in a gel coating so that it "snaps" over the top tube and protects from the bars. If these exist does anyone know where to find them?
