wheel oppinions

Did some searching and there doesn't seem to be much talk of Alex DA22 rims. I need some wheels for my build and these are some options:
-Alex DA22s on Formula Hubs -- $170
-Mavic CXP22s on Formula Hubs -- $170 + $65 shipping
-Velocity Deep Vs on Formula hubs -- $250 + $65 shipping

I was leaning towards the deep vs (everyone seems to like them around here) but I'd have to order them online (can't find a place that has pre-built deep vs reasonably cheap around here) and my LBS has the DA22s for $170 (front and rear wheel) which seems like a pretty good deal. I'd be riding it around the city--probably treating them a little rougher than I should. My main concern is durability, do you think the DA22s will be ok?

I'd say get the Mavics but not from the place that's charging $65 for Shipping. Dang.

I live in Canada, and all the ebay stores charge $65 shipping to Toronto--it's standard I think,

I have CXP33's laced to 7600's w/ Competition Double-butted spokes, and it's bomb-proof. The only difference between CXP22's and 33's as I understand is the 22's are spec'd to bikes, while the 33's you order after-market from J&B / QBP / etc...

I've have mixed feelings about the Alex wheels, I've never personally owned any, but I have heard good and bad things overall, but that's with them laced to Alex hubs.

I'm going to recommend against the deep v's because the rims aren't that nice in my opinion (most of the time they're not even straight out of the box) and I think you could do much better for that price.
