Slippage when....

skidding or just riding hard... it's not the tires.. it's when i press hard on the pedal or lock it up when skidding. Any insights to what might be causing it? thanks,

you are a wetahded and didn't install your cog/lockring correctly

maybe he rides one of those ebay bikes with the "finger tight 16T" cog?
