Where to find different colored wheels?

I want to have a white front wheel and a red rear wheel. I'm interested in the Velocity Deep V wheels, but suppliers only seem to sell the wheels as a wheelset. Is there a place that sells colored wheels individually? I want to do the same thing for the hubs too - one white and one red. What's the best way to do this? Thanks for the help!

You, or any bike shop can order some rims and make them up. The shop near my house has a pile of Velocitys in different colors.

I've got coloured rims, and I want to keep my front brake on. Would that mess up the colour of the front brake. Any advice? What should I do?

What exactly do you mean by a non machined side wall rim? Sorry, I'm new to wheel specs.
