other than richard sachs and henry james, who else produces quality and beautiful lugs and fixed dropouts.

looking for options for the day when i am loaded enough to afford custom.

Long Shen, Pacenti for lugs, lots more.

Campagnolo, MKS, Paul for horizontal dropouts, lots more.
