all i wanted to see is some pictures of nice looking, not over the top bikes, is that so ****ing hard this is a picture thread. if youre not here to post pictures of bikes that you think are "classy", whatever that word might mean to you, then close the window because this isnt the thread for you http://velospace.org/files/012342123k.jpg |

whats up rich, didnt know you were into fixies too... like mk2's old road bikes are fun too... maybe a little less expensive though. :thumb:

I cant afford old road bikes so I just ride new ones LOL. Maybe if I decide to sell more crap off my walls and shelves and stuff, I can get an old bike... til then, I'll ride my lowly new one. Actually I do want to get a steel bike. been thinking of a new Gan Well Pro... That red one I posted above is friggin gorgeous...

haha, true that. just picked up an old fuji sports 10 and have been working on it every day. converting to fix. cool color scheme too. ill post pictures in this thread or make a build thread once i start getting closer to finished.

http://img355.imageshack.us/img355/8...8b6a791c99.jpg Class, class, class, class and class. Where do I start? 650b tires, stitched grips, brazed-on Mafac brakes, hammered fenders, dynamo lighting, brazed-on front rack+bag, matching pump, Brooks flyer, TA Pro cranks, Phil hubs. THAT is classy! |

I've been looking into fixed gear bicycles and i have notice that a few have like a thick welding (Bridgestone a few posts up) or something on the top tube. Can someone explain what it is to me or is it just for looks?
