Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Bikes: 2 fixies, 1 road, 29er in the works.

I used to have a 16oz glass (home made) double expresso with an equal amount of maple syrup before I went riding.
I was a little jitery, but man, I was feeling nooo pain.

Y'know, I would have never pegged you as a glassblower. That's impressive, making your own glassware and all.

I forgot about Armstrongs corporate spinnings for Nike and Subaru.

I think he averages about 30,000 DPR (Dollars Per Commercial).

One should always be pedaling in circles, regardless of cadence. That's basic pedalling technique. Spinning is doing it at high RPMs.

I don't know who your uncle is, but my second college edition of the american heritage dicitonary (properity of the us government) doesn't have it.

Therefore, it doesn't exist.

Ever compare him to John Gault? Seemed similar for a while.

Note: to find word in dictionary, I must spell it correctly when looking it up.
