I will be traveling to NY this august and i want to know if you could help me locate a good place where i can find Bianchis,framesets used or new, something like a insider tip,i know i can google a dealership but i want to hear from actual riders

Any major shop in NYC will carry Bianchis.

There's that pretentious store on 5th avenue in Park Slope that seems to have about 4-5 Pistas (marked maybe $550-600), plus some other models... but I doubt they sell framesets seperately.

Taiwan, dude, not Italy.

There's a guy selling a complete Pista on NYC Craigslist right now for $475.

not really looking for any singlespeed,looking for barloworlds 928..jajajaja, open to any modern road bianchi,of course unobtainable here in my country..
