SS Full Suspension MTB?
I want to make my mountain bike SS.
Is there anything else to do than put spacers, cog, and a single chainring at the front on?

What you need to do make your FS MTB a single speed depends on the rear suspension. If the swingarm pivot is concentric with the bottom bracket, spacers and a cog will work. If not, it depends on how much chain growth there is. You might be able to get away with a single pulley tensioner (like the Surly). If not, the Paul's Melvin has two pulleys and should accomidate the chain growth for most FS XC bikes.
To quantify chain growth, first put your bike in the stand and remove the rear shock. Break the chain and wrap it around the middle cog and a cog near the middle in the back. Then hold both ends together (they should overlap by a few links) and have a friend move the rear wheel through its cycle. Note the chain at its longest and shortest, subtract, and that is your chain growth.
... or you could just eyeball it and play around. Oh, and you will still need a wide-based cog, spacer kit, and the other stuff you mentioned.

What kind of suspension is this?
It's the type I have. Its too bad that I'll need a chain tensioner, since it will change the look of the bike.

From the picture it looks to be a "faux" bar suspension. That is a four bar design with the pivot on the seatstays insted of the chainstays. It is not concentric with the bottom bracket and you will need a tensioner. That being said, don't worry about it. You won't see it while riding.
Is the K2 the bike you have? And what sort of riding are you planning?
Also, look up the Kona A; a bike designed to be full suspension and singlespeed. Its a hoot.

Any FS frame that has the BB on the rear triangle should also work since there will be no chsain growth

I'm planning some trail riding with small jumps, and possibly some skatepark riding.

I took this bike last year:

And made a FSSS out of it:

I ended up converting it back and selling the bike for a few hundred more than I invested into the original build.
I love bikes

Do a search for Unified Rear Triangle frames. Schwinn homegrown and Catamount come to mind.
