Chain Length??

im thinking about getting the izumi single speed chain which is 96 links...i have a crank that has 48 teeth and a cog that has 18....will 96 links be too little?? how do i solve this problem

buy yourself a new chain. they are pretty cheap - 10-20 bucks depending. single speed chains are usually under 15. and you can get sweet colors.
