Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Bianchi ALX Solo Wheelset?

I bought these from a dude for $50. Pretty much mint condition. He even removed the stickers and left the adhesive....yay. People are posting these on ebay for $300 (in Australia). Has anyone ever paid that much for them?

When I was last at the LBS these I think $225 for the set so $300 from ebay seems a bit excessive. They are probably pretty common as they are stock on the Bianchi Pista and Schwinn Madison. Probably many more cheap track bikes too.
