Rake for Windsor The Hour

Completely stock Hour from BD. Firstly does anyone know the rake of the stock fork?

Secondly, if I want to shorten my wheelbase for aesthetic and maneuverability/agility I should, in theory look for a fork with a smaller rake than the stock?

Third, if not why?

Fourth, has anyone tried this successfully?
