weird fork problem

so today, I was straightening putting on a new stem when i noticed a weird problem

as i was making sure the stem was straight with the wheel, i noticed that the fork's crown was slanted to the side- but the wheel and was straight with the stem- as in the fork may be bent or something

anybody get this issue before? I don't put any more unnessecary stress than needed on the bike, I don't really fix gear freestyle tricks or anything, and other the usual skid and skip stopping and curb hopping, nothing is really done on the bike that should cause this (and it was purchased in early july, so thats odd too)

its a bianchi pista, overall i am real happy with it after a wheelset and drivetrain switch (got some mavics laced to dura ace for real cheep)
