Peel the edge up then pull it off. Then go over the glue residue with Goof Off. Just did this to my whole frame removing all the stickers.

Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!

I de-sticker my motorcycles as soon as I get them home and good old WD40 combined with patience and elbow grease works every time as long as the sticker isn't under the clear coat like on my 08 KLR, don't ask me how I know.

If it is under the clear coat you're basically ****ed, that is unless your willing to scrape / sand through the coating, remove the label and then reapply the clear coat. A lot of trouble for a simple little sticker.
If its on top, which is probably the case, then there are a vareity of options. Goo-Gone, WD-40, scraping with a credit card. I used a hair dryer to heat it up till it slid right off, then some WD-40 to clean off the goop.
PS: Props to MarkHR, the 2900 x 1400 pic was hilarious !!

I had nothing useful to add and the OP thinks it's under the clear coat so...
