Custom Made Kierin Frame
Hi... I'm going over to Japan in October and would like to get a frame custom built for me. I am having trouble tracking down the addresses of frame builders. Does anyone have any advice on where I can get an NJS approved frame built for me in either Tokyo and Osaka?
