I'd say 3 w/ black bar tape on the horns. Tony will probably have black cranks in stock again by the time you get around to ordering it.
If you go 3, get an all black Toupe. BTW, have you ridden on a toupe? It's not for everyone. It's one of those love or hate saddles.
