Front and rear brake help
I'm currently building a single speed bike with this frame:

I'm using the 27" wheels from my original bike. I'm wanting to make this bike completely black and have succeeded so far, except for the brakes. I need a reach of about 75mm on the rear and around 65mm on the front. I've found some black brakes but they're listed as being for BMX bikes. If I tried to use these would there be any problems? I'm a total novice and am almost completed with this project, it's just these damn brakes and my vanity making it a bit of a pain in the arse. Thanks for the advise.

Probably not. BMX bikes are usually set up with 990 bosses, which I don't think that frame has. You'll probably need a long reach dual pivot caliper brake for it to work...Though I might be wrong, and if that's the case I'm sure somebody will chime in soon with the right answer.
