fork replacement, please HELP

here's the deal, I converted this old 12 speed specialized allez, completley vertical dropouts, luckily I found a gear ratio where it works. so, I need a fork. id like to listen to Sheldon "use the fork meant for the bike" brown, but that's not an option. I need a new 700c 1" fork. I need threadless so I can use this awesome stem. anyways. I need one that's very long, the bike is tall and has a head tube of like 9 inches.
if you'd like to be an amazing person...
here's your challenge; find me a 1" threadless fork in 700c size for under 70 dollars. GO!
btw, I live in NYC and have checked king kog, cycle works, and the one in the LES.
thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!

lol at thinking king kog will sell you a cheapo fork.

anyway, your best bet is a 1" threaded fork and a threadless adapter. besides from that you might find someone offloading a stock pista fork, which is threaded, too.

saying you want 1" AND threadless AND cheap is pretty demanding.

This fork comes in 1" and 1 1/8" threadless. It's made of Tange Infinity. I ordered mine direct and received fork in about 1 week:
https://store.interlocracing.com/lucr49rofo.html

Only problem is it's $149 shipped.

maybe works?

Also what size is your bike? I have a 59ish Allez (lugged) red. I could sell the unicrown fork. Good excuse to upgrade to carbon.

When did threadless stems look better than threaded?

How about a Surly fork? The Steamroller is 1" threadless, and you can probably find a gently used one for cheeeeeeap.

Bikes: Cypress track bike

I was just looking at forks on ebay, and I found one, it's aluminium, and it ends in just over 2 hours so you should act fast if you want it

I decided against it, I was going to have it threaded but after some searching, it probably won't be cost effective. There is a crowned fork on ebay with a 38mm rake, but it has fender loops/mounting holes.

Be careful buying from them, I got this response after emailing them twice about the rake:

Apparently that didn't not answer your question the first two times you emailed so I will spell it on more clearly in the third. Rake is dependent of your bike so we don't know the rake.

Even a seller on ebay who's only read two things from you knows you're jackass.

And you just opened your mouth & removed all doubt. Read his response about fork rake.

Sheesh, you must be related to him.

Lmaoo, and to think the guy said fork rake is dependent on the frame. And yeah i kind of think that fender mounts dont have a place on fixies...
Just ordered the fork!

Edit: I think Brooklyn Track is a made-up name for BigBris, so he can ask about a conversion. Seriously, no one would laugh at his *joke.*
