Destruction?

So random/weird/stupid question (sorry if it is) but i noticed on my Soma Rush, on one side of the bottom bracket, the metal seems to have "minor" if anything surface rust. Is this a problem? Im not riding at all in the rain and just don't want it to be an issue. Do you guys think it will become a problem?

Do you sweat a lot? Clean your bike off sometimes.

don't sweat really at all. I got the bike used, but it's barely any rust at all, its just im worried ( i over look tihngs way too much) and just freak out. But i'd say there are less than 15 "micro dots/specs" it's really not anything big or even small its smaller than small (if that makes sense) i am just wondering, if i don't sweat on it and don't get it wet should it be okay? Thanks and yet again sorry for the dumb post.
