English lock ring

I am going to do a conversion of a road bike and am wondering where I can find an english bb lock ring. I have looked at both nashbar and performance and have not found anything. Do I have to get one used, or off an old bike?

hit up the lbs.. they will definitely have some bb lock rings lying around..
