Ride it like you stole it

Not a fixie and not stolen. I had to come in this weekend and assemble the bike Tyler Hamilton crashed in the TDF for an Executive photo shoot (for those of you that didn't already know, I work for that company). So anyhow, you get a bike like that and you've just got to take it for a spin. It rides great but we've got to sign David Millar or something if I have any hopes of picking up leftovers that fit.

What a coincidence. I had the opportunity to test drive Tyler Hamilton's jeep this past weekend.

Nice, how tall is Tyler Hamilton? Looks like _my_ size.

Wow, I thought you were fatter than that.
Is that helmet ANSI-approved?

I think that is the photo of the long-departed Willy Karsten that I saw on the mantle last time I rolled by Casa Schiek.

So Willy,

Are you reaching out to us from and Internet cafe in some far-flung part of the world or are you back in San Diego running down Peds?

Back in Sandog. I'm not running down peds this week, between duty, sinus infections, an empty wallet, and a couple of bike issues, I'm not on the bike. My 30 day stint didn't allow me time for even a stationary bike.

Miss me?
