What would you not buy again?

In the build up of your hodge podge fixies, what would you not get again and why?

Mine, no suzue basic hub with durace cog. 'Cause they sucked.

What exactly sucked? I'm running the same set-up and it's been fine so far.

I'll never buy something before I've decided what I want. Like getting a 135mm track hub before I get a frame it'll fit in (and end up with a 120mm frame), or Profile bullhorns and bar end levers, and end up using cut down drops and an aero lever. Stupidity reigns in my workshop :

1) Goldmember cut out autographed by Willy Karsten - obviously an E-bay fake.

2) The same model TTT aerobars as were used to break the work hour record in +/- 1993 (read, before people fully understood aero positioning or comfort).
