Chainring

Will this chainring be ok on my fixed gear? It is a "road" chainring....

If not, do you know where I can find a 49t chainring for 130 bcd that will fit 110mm square bottom bracket?

I want a new chainring but I have had a hard time finding the right fit without replacing the crank...

Thanks!

Bikes: I just ride them, they own me.

It should, as long as you are certain you have a 130mm BCD.

yeah, as long as you know thats the BCD.

also, your BB spindle length doesn't matter when replacing a chainring...

i was just concerned that there might be a difference in the fact that it was designed for a 9/10 speed rear cassette. . .

If your bike is a road frame, built for a double with a much smaller inside chain ring, you will want to make sure a 49t chain ring will not hit the chain stay.

No, you'll be good. Just note that that TA ring is 3/32" and not 1/8". But that shouldn't really matter (You can run a 3/32 ring and cog with a 1/8" chain, just not the other way around). You may already be running a 3/32 chain so all is good.
