best place to get a riser bar

Looking to buy a riser bar. Brand name doesn't matter, just has to be effective and cheap. If someone has one they don't want, I can pay for shipping =)

edit: I have never used nor seen anyone use these bars, for all I know, they may be (and probably are) very crappy.

Looking for ones that don't go that high up.. the ones I seen in person are much lower, unless it's just the picture.

5" is pretty high. https://www.amazon.com/Pyramid-Mounta...2557106&sr=1-2 is 3.5", but still, I wouldn't really get something that unproven unless anyone here can vouch for the quality

Are you telling me that there in not one single bike shop in your home town that has some inexpensive riser bars? Your town must really suck if that is case. In the 7 years I have worked in bike shops there has never been a single moment in time where I was not within a few yards of a cheap riser bar.
