Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I love gridlock.

I am patient. Which is why I won't be baited into descriptions of escalating violence, on a public forum, for you to utilize now, or in the future, for any silly purpose that you see fit.

I am patient. Dealing with the ********, such as you, requires it.

In the waiting room
I don't want the news

I have no use for it
Sitting outside of town
Everybody's always down
Tell me why... because they can't get up
But I don't sit idly by
I'm planning a big surprise
I'm gonna fight for what I want to be
I won't make the same mistakes
Because I know how much time that wastes
Function is the key
In the waiting room

Dude, I've never seen anyone so easily baited in my life. I thought that was your job here, Forum Troll Bait.

Got him to a pissy personal attack in just under four posts. That was too easy.

It's not a pissy personal attack. Just, an acute observation of reality. Of course, if you go on the "personal attack issue", it'd seem that #1, you're the forum Troll. #2), You attempted the personnal attack first..

And #3.. if I'm troll bait, you're the court jester. Spandex, funny hat and all.

There are one or two curmudgeons who vocally oppose ZB, but I've been out during the day talking to the neighbors, and IMO most of the neighbors are actually very supportive. After all, the ZooBomb motto is 'Fight Evil Crime', and there are neighbors with bumper stickers that say things like 'Keep Portland Weird'.

That's cool. You never can trust what you read, I guess.

>I have done this to protect myself IN A BIKE LANE.

The problem with those damn bike lanes is that people expect you to stay completely within them and within "dooring" range.

Bikes: specialized langster

Or those people tend to think that it's a whole new place to park the car.
I really love Cambridge where the cops do nothing about the parked cars, but if you get up on the sidewalk they are all over you.

here in berkeley, there's a street with a SUPER WIDE bike lane, and it's clearly marked as such, and i see cars driving in it all the time. most people also use the bike lanes at stop lights as right turn lanes. god that pisses me off. i feel like i'm living in a small town again where no one knows how to deal with cyclists on the roads. i go to SF sometimes and it's all GO GO GO DO DO DO GET THERE NOW!!! and i've never really been mess with on my bike (except by BART cops). then i come back "home" to berkeley and it's like the millenium falcon coming out of lightspeed. everything just sloooows waaaaay doooown, and i realise that the traffic here isn't half as bad as it is there and i'm making unprotected left turns like a maniac! WEEEE LOOK AT ME GO!!!!
