Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Try checking your local bike shop =p.

Also, my fake disc came in today. I wanna install it but I don't really know how to take off the cog.

Marketing blurb says

"Great budget alternative to a disc wheel. Lens shaped plastic cover provides an aero advantage on any time trial or triathlon. The CH Aero disc comes as two separate plastic halves that attach to standard spokes and installs over a standard hub flange. May not be compatible with some after market wheels with non-standard spokes and/or hub flange."

That sounds like it'll most most standard hubs with standard spokes.
