new to bikes

Hello, i have been riding FG for about 2 months now, and i am looking to buy another frame. Was wondering if you guys can give me some tips/suggestions on a frame under 200$

check out the "eighth inch" frames on ebay. I thought they were crap, but I later found out one of the guys from the shop apperently speced them and had them made. They will take an offer of $100 for frame and bontrager carbon fork.

$100 for both frame + a carbon fork? I can't even find a carbon fork for under $100 on it's own.. hrm
