Carbon wheels, polished cranks, white fork, black stem, Chrome bars, and ti seatpost...Idk about you guys, but I like atleast two of my accents to match eachother. Bike has potential, but I feel like its too "busy" as it sits. And 26.0 bars on a modern oversized 1-1/8" frame, really? I would have gone with 31.8 deda stem and bars in matte black. Seat also stands out like a sore thumb, I think a white selle Italia flite reproduction saddle would be perfect for this bike. Lol, other than that its perfect!

Id put a black edge carbon fork, matching Ti seatpost/ stem , black bar tape with a different black saddle.

Rephrase: I feel that the Chrome 26.0 bars look out of place on the de Rosa and they should be exchanged for a modern oversized (31.8) bar like dedas....better?

Again those are not 26.0 bars. They are Deda Velocita Bars which are 31.7(OS). I saw this bike in person at the Tokyo Bicycle Show called Cycle Mode.

ScattoFisso
SCATTOFISSO… custom built!
This frame developed from the geometry of a “track” bike and is also suitable for urban use. A truly “special” bike, destined for “special” people.
SCATTOFISSO is a genuine single speed bike of the very highest standard. The frame is available both in TIG welded alloy steel and in 3.25 titanium.
This is a strictly made-to-measure product also offering the possibility of using a flag handlebar.

@Titanium De Rosa:
i know i'm a little late on this, but it looks just like the capo
