Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Anybody notice that he's only running a front brake? My guess is he's off to the bike shop to get parts/tools that he needs to go fixed. I don't see shifters either.

I think it's a singleator on there. And he's pushing a big gear. Nice to see, even with the short legs he hasn't resorted to compact geometry. Lastly, props for the rad freestyle trackstand form.

Bikes: 2 fixies, 1 road, 29er in the works.

Reminds me of DV and that huge front gear he pushes.

He has excellent balance, look at that unorthodox track stance!

I want to get me a pair of those spokeless wheels. They work using lightweight magnets, right?
