i think white spacers would draw to much attention, and who wants people to be checking out spacers when bikes without them look so much cleaner. i would try to make the spacers blend in with the parts around it if i was you.

Love this! I'd swap the ergo bars out, but that's just because I hate the damn things.. Great build however.

I intended to put on some classicly curved bars but the stem has a 26.0mm clamp and these were the only bars I had with that diameter. If I find a cheap longer stem with a 25.4mm diameter clamp, I will definitely grab it and stick some other bars on.

this is a joke, right?
put some gears on that 3rensho
get rid of the stupid ourys and bars and bmx tensioner
wtf is that...electrical tape?
or sell the frame to someone that can appreciate a 3rensho and fund the kilo tt that you really want.
you suck at bicycles.

Woah, easy there. Not all race bikes are for pampering. That bike looks like it was raced, semi-retired as a CX/winter bike, and now it gets the easy life.
All good with me. It can still be made pretty, but good race bikes are for ridin' hard more than lookin' good, IMO.

I concur. You hacked the wrong bike, ese (spanish accent). At least you didn't hack off the braze ons, though. This is coming from someone who likes conversrions and has converted a Bianchi road bike...but still not as bad as converting a 3rensho because those are more rare

I'm confused - what is it about the bars you don't like?
Also - pedalingATX - which braze-ons are you talking about? The original downtube shifter brazeons, or the canti bosses and seatstay cable stop that got added later on in the frame's life?
"appreciate a 3rensho". I'm dyin' here.
