NOS '08 lager

Really '09, brain fart when posting.

Picked this up, well, LBS ordered for cheap form fuji '09 lager frame. This is replacing my draft. Using parts I had laying around. eventually will be all silver components, but black is what I had. Purchased as frame only. Well, headset races were left on since they came form warehouse installed. Funny how I had the same crank laying around that came on the bike when sold as whole. Tell me what you think. Don't be afraid to be harsh if needed.

We're not sure. It was sitting in a box in the back of the shop. I've had it on a few bikes over the years. Looks nice and rides pretty good. Not the lightest thing in the world being Cro-mo, but I don't trust carbon forks that much and I need room for CX tiers for the rail-trails I do regularly

Bikes: to many to list

I think it looks great as is

Should have put the money into tile, countertops, paint for the cabinets, and new cabinet hardware.

Reallly nice, I have the 08 Lager, it's the do do brown one, I kind of like the brown though. The 09 is sweet! And all the while I have been talking about how I like white bikes now.

I really like the white, too. I didn't know this was available as frame-only. Where'd you get it?

The whole NOS thing... I was thinking of two different threads and got all messed up Oh well.

Its not available as a frame only, but THe LBS owner is a good friend of Steves at Fuji. I wanted an '08, witch is available as a frame set only, but they didn't have any left, so Steve sent us out a stripped down '09, for the price of the '08 frame. I didn't need the fork, was already planning on using the chrome one, so I got even more of a discount. I was gonna paint the 08 white anyway, so it worked out for the better. Been long time friends of the shop. White's Bikes in Westminster. Great people. Brad is awesome. Will go out of his way to make the customers happy.

The bars are 35cm, just look smaller in the pic. The decals suck, and are under the clear coat, but I can deal with them for now.

Rides good, just need new tiers. The racelite is nice, but the crap kenda on the rear sucks. Have some 32 cross tiers for when it starts to snow. Just enough clearance if I add a link to the chain.

Working on getting all sliver components, but the black is fine, Just wanted to match all to crankset and fork.

Also has removable clamp on cable stops for the TT for when I flip to the freewheel side and run a rear brake, no more cable ties.

Yeah, not really feeling the cheesy "punky" decal. At least its not as bad as the black and read on the black one.
