Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

i just wanted to say that these guys are great. I bought my first fixed gear from them. I was stoked to get it. when it came in Saturday, i put i together and got down to putting in the seat post and hit a wall. The frame on my brand new Pista (i know most of you guys don't like Pistas) was dented. the frame directly under the right side of the clamp was crimped in preventing the post from being slid into the tube. the paint was cracked, so it was defiantly damaged after it was painted, but no way in transit. So a very sad me calls up customer service and i get a guy named Lee. He was super helpful, very apologetic for my problem and was an all around stand up guy.

after a few minutes talking to Lee he told me he will express ship me a new Pista, and i will have it by wednesday. All i had to do was pack the Pista i had back up and send it back when ever i got a chance. I was then to call them up after i paid for shipping, regardless of cost, and tell them the total. They took my word on in (it cost $25.78 to ship 30 lbs worth of bike and packaging via Fed EX ground if anyone cares to know) and credited the cost back to my card. so I called up and sure enough i got Lee again. he remembered talking to me on Saturday and credited my card on my word. I offered to fax over a copy o the receipt and he said no worries i believe you.

so now i am without a bike for an extra few days, but they were super nice and i am grateful they were not another company who doesn't care about the customer and just want to make a buck. They made me very happy with their service, and well to say the least i don't always have a very good temper with things like this, but they were very cool and i never got upset.

so these guys are a great company to deal with.

i bought my MTB at a great price from them. Didn't have to deal with customer service but was still very pleased with a speedy, easy transaction

I've also had nothing but good experiences with them. One of their shops is in my hometown so I've dealt with both online and in the store. Also, I tried their price match feature and they got back to me in like 30 minutes and I was approved, which was sick.

Theyre definitely good people.

Had some troy lee gloves that grew mold on them after a day of owning them, they said to keep them and sent me a set of fox gloves at no charge, and the fox glvoes have held up with no mold.

JensonUSA - Have a friend who ordered a Surly LHT through them and had nothing but good to say about them. Picked it up at the Corona, CA store and they even changed out the original pedals he ordered for different ones.

Nashbar - kind of crappy customer service when you want to do a return, but if you know EXACTLY what you want, that's usually the cheapest place to get it .
