Phil Wood track frame

There is a black and chrome track frame featured on the Phil Wood website. They don't list this bike for sale and searches don't yield any information about it. Does anyone know more information on this frame or what builder it's from? It has fancy lugs at the head tube and looks gorgeous

They are one-offs made for trade shows, etc. Not offered for sale.

There was a guy on ebay maybe 2-3 months ago that sold a special edition indy-fab Phil Wood track bike. It was yellow and black with a Phil Wood "Piss Off" headbadge. I think it was listed at like 1,700 for a buy it now option. Pretty reasonable if you have the cash. Also I am so jelous that lattanzio has an indy fab. I'm trying to justify getting a track SSR for myself when I graduate college in May. If only I had unlimited funds...

yeah i got mine built so that the tt slants the other direction. traditional track geo feel with a forward slope. tiny head tube though.
