Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Felt track frame...yay or nay

I've seen very few of these on the road. I know they're track specific with the geometry et al, but they look like they'd be super fun on the streets. Can you just get the TK3 frame somewhere? Haven't been able to find it yet. I mean hell, the whole bike is $870, so I figure the frame should only be about $300-350. Holla!

if anything, people would be selling the components.... not the frame after buying complete...

typically you get a much better value buying a complete versus a frame-only, especially buying new. just so you know, most shops haven't got their 09 felts in, and won't for another week or two.

Ya, but I've been upgrading components on my current ride but want a more stable frame...I'll keep my eyes peeled.

There will be a tarc kbike.com review of this posted on Tuesday or Wednesday. Eurojosh and I took one out to the velodrome yesterday and he did some hot laps and junk on it.
Its a cool bike.

actually i believe they will be selling essentially the curbside/dispatch frameset, albeit a different color (whiteish). I want to say it was +/- $400. i was talking to my boss about this at the shop today

Cjock: The curbside for 09 comes in light blue and also white. Maybe it is just the curbside frame?

Not really track geo but from what i understand it has the same seat tube/seat stays/chain stays as the tk3 and same top tube/down tube as the road bikes.

Felt Gridlock:
Supposdly around $400.00 for frame/fork
