Need help identifying bike brand

Hey, somebody has a fixy for sale, I haven't had a look at it yet but was trying to find out about the make.
They said it was a don cely but I don't know how that is spelt, it could be doncelle or anything. I don't know if its a track bike or if it was converted, I only talked to them briefly. I was just hoping someone might have an idea of what it was. Thanks very much.

never seen/heard of that.... pictures may help this thread..... or getting more information.......
