90 degree stem on an IRO angus

Just need an idea how much of a rise this will be. My frame isn't with me right now. Help! =( Pictures?

The rise is by the height of the quill. The 90 degree is just a straight up and down.

the craigslist one? its 70mm?,

it won't be pretty, but it is pretty short.. other technomics have pretty long insertions into the head tube..

How much rise? about .25" for every inch of horizontal distance.
How would it look? Like an mtb stem....not that there's anything wrong with that.
