Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Bikes: Can't stand the damn things...

Posters

I've been looking for some track posters to decorate my lame ass room...
Here's one I've found, but it is too pricey. Any other suggestions?

165 got an awesome one. I don't know where he got it. I don't know how much he paid. If you ask him, tell him I mean the one in his kitchen.

Momvelo has some cool ones, too. Yet they might cost as much of more. Posters aint' cheap these days.

WK I'm not sure he's getting read for a track start in that picture, that maybe what you boys in the navy get up to, but I assure you it's very different to track racing...

For more domo kun related fun check this link:

https://www.fnord.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/DomoDarko.ram

(btw it's a video and safe for work though there is music)

(unfortunately you need real player, or the alternative real player codec that you used to be able to get off the kazaalite site)

Ebay has a few different posters (search posters AND bicycle), but if 19 bones is too much, you may not have a lot of options re: posters. You can try:

https://www.bicycleposters.com
or
https://www.callihan.com/art/bicycles.html

or some such poster link.

You might look into getting an old catalogue from https://www.velo-retro.com and blowing it up to a poster. They have a great T shirt with the Desgrange quote on geared bikes...

Cheers

Cam
