Thomson stems were nice to me

My handlebars went a little loose a few weeks ago while I was riding my fairly trusty Haro werx SS in Lopinot Valley, in the Northern Range of Trinidad & Tobago (where I reside). Examination showed a crack in the faceplate of my roughly 5 year old Thomson Elite stem. This was serious news, as parts are not so easy to come by here. I notified Thomson, and after a few courteous e-mails I sent them the faceplate and they sent me a new one! My bike is back up, I am happy, and I want to share this Thomson experience with you. They even sent me the proper torque specs so I didn't have to look them up. Jah bless Thomson stems!
