kilo tt vs. hour

I know there have been a lot of these threads lately popping up. But will the front tire of either of these bikes (or the messenger) have clearance for a barspin?

I don't plan on doing tricks all the time, but I think I might get the itch to do it once in a while.

If they do not have clearance, would going to a 650c front wheel fix that? Would I need a new fork for that? What are the pros and cons of this? I usually don't like the look, but other than that. Does it affect the ride comfort or anything like that?

The hour is soooooo close to being able to barspin. The tire hits the frame, but if i push hard enough it goes all the way around. sucks, its like a tease

cool username btw.
