Frame I bought, what the heck!?

I don't know where to post this so I am posting it here and in a few other forums as someone may know what the heck it is. I bought this off C-List just because it looked strange, the guy I bought it from told me he found it in the trash and only picked it out of the trash because it had Campy bits on it, any help would be great.

Looks like an old TT or Triathlon frame that's been beat to hell. I'd be very concerned about hidden damage/weak spots (Composite delamination) since it looks so roughly used. Can't say who made it, though.

$50. Please don't tell me you spent $600 dollars or something on this frame? If you did, I feel for you man.

It looks really cool. Don't let the tongue-clucking naysayers give you a hard time, you don't owe them any answers about what you paid. If they think it's too much just assume you make a ****load more money than they do, or that you care a lot more about bikes.

How heavy is it? Pop some 700c wheels on there, that might jog someone's memory because, right now, it looks like Barbapoppa.

I wouldn't cut it... You'll just end up with a big hole in your frame.
