Hi guys....
I'm taking apart a schwinn madison and i need to buy a crank remover. any idea what size i buy? thanks for all the help lately. I'm only 15 and just getting into building bikes from nothing. Alot of learning as you go!

You need the Park CCP-22 or equivalent. Pedros also makes a nice one. If you walk into a bike shop, just tell them that you need a crank puller for a square taper crank.

There aren't any sizes. You just ask for a normal square taper puller. Get a nicer Park one with an ISIS insert (ISIS is a different crank/bottom bracket interface and it requires a little plug for the remover) in case you need to remove one of them one day.

Actually, some French cranks use a 23 puller. Unless you're sporting some old cranks your Madison uses a 22.
