Which brake levers...

Which low priced brake lever fit the center section of handle bars? just generic enough lever to not get pulled over for not having brakes~

Just a lever?

You'd still get pulled over for not having brakes if you only install a lever.

BikeIsland has a Tektro set that comes with a cross-lever and a brake for $34.

You can get one for free if you find a BMX bike in the garbage. And then if it doesn't fit make an awesome shim out of a cut toilet paper tube. Which may also be found in the garbage. Also a brake.
