I'm gona take 20mm off each end of the bars
And maybe gett a pair with alittle sweep some time!!

adriano 04-08-09 07:42 PM

get some priest bars.

breadbin 04-09-09 03:08 AM

have to get me one of them chains too. It looks savage;)

sugarkane 04-09-09 03:33 AM

yea it's a chain you only buy once!! Say goodbye to adjusting your chain once a week and you'll never ever snap it!!

jim-bob 04-09-09 09:37 AM

I'm not sure I understand why you're hanging all that fairly nice stuff on that frame.

sugarkane 04-09-09 09:59 AM

... The truth is I need a 1 thing to make my bike killer....
A new frame set... That's it!! And to top it off my bike rides way better than a nice frame with s h I t parts ever will .. I have a good frame set with killer running gear
The biggest problem with pake is the name not the the frames and at least mine is not off the self in any way...

I'd rather ride a pake with killer running gear than a kerin frame with getto running gear:...

But then when I get a kerin frame I'll stick it full of NjS parts any way..

You've got it all wrong.

How??

sugarkane 04-09-09 10:15 AM

At the end of the day it's a god dame 'nice' bike with bars that are nerdy and too wide but if you wana rite it off for any other reason then you are been a B I T C H....

jim-bob 04-09-09 10:19 AM

The frame is the most important part of how the bike rides. I'm sorry you're freaking out about it, but that thing you've got now is ridiculous.

clink83 04-09-09 10:55 AM

If your going to ***** about the bike, ***** that you put mountain bike handlebards on a road bike.

sugarkane 04-13-09 02:32 AM

I wanted nice running gear so I could transfer it over to a nice frame at a later date.. There is a lot of nice old track frames here in Australia but you have to find em as they are sort after now!! This is my first fixed bike and while I have a good idea about what's good in terms of cranks, hubs, rims etc I don't know alot about track frames so I went cheap and with a friends advice ( he said after owning both the rush and the pake, there is such a small difference between em spend less)
My mate is going to japan in september and is gona get us some nice kerin frames.... At least now I know what I need as far as frame geo and siZe goes and by then the AU dollor might make it all worth while..
Gona cut the bars and might look at some risers, I don't want drops cause I ride this bad boy to work and every where else every day it's a work horse not a show pony with an extra dose of metal flake in the paint job!
