Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

These could probably be used on any well made briefcase and there is also a lower shock cord assembly that I have yet to install as I need to level my rack and take some measurements.

I think I just did...

When I get the lower assembly finished I will take a picture of the back of the bag.

dave22--i like your bike a lot but take that grip tape off your crank arm. It's just awkward looking.

Thanks.

It's the logo for the company I worked for. I put it on as a joke (along with the one on the stem) and I don't even notice it anymore. I guess they can come off now, though.

Wrapped bars???

I have been thinking about doing it since I got the bike on Sunday. I love the style of bare metal with track grips, but I spend most of my time on the top of the bar, and with no padding, it is sore work on long rides. Also, it is a little slippy when sweaty.

I read on the roadie forum someone reviewing different brands of padded tape and which was the best and they said Specialized's S-Works and Roubaix tapes were great. So today I went to the Specialized Flagship store near Aoyama and bought some S-Works tape. Oh!!!! It is so comfortable. And the tape is easy to reuse because it doesn't have sticky tape on the back, but it uses a silicon strip, which is tacky and holds tight, but is not sticky!!!!

I think it still looks nice too!

my felt in everyday work/errand mode. i'm sure you'll all hate the tricolour levers on the B125AAs (not to mention the brake) and the crankset/pedal setup.

Heres a dumpster bike the I repainted Green/Purple(hard to see the color on the fork) and then I rebuilt using scrap parts total cost to me ~15 bucks for paint and a chain
