the soma fork is a 41mm rake, and the spicer is a 38, as opposed to the 45mm rake on the kilo. won't that change the geometry/handling quite a bit, as well as increase toe overlap?

Are you sure the Kilo has a 45mm rake? According to the Bike Island and the Bikes Direct sites the rake is 40mm. Which would put the Soma and the Spicer pretty darn close to the stock rake.

Ahhh ok..
Try the Bike Works Chrome fork. It has a 43mm rake and can be cut down and run threadless on smaller frames. It's a nice fork I ran one on my Pista years ago.

am also curious if anyone has found any decent matching threadless carbon forks for their kilo tt's (w/ a rake around 44-45mm to match the rake of the stock fork on the 50cm kilo)

anyone know what kind of effect the 2mm decrease in rake (offset) and the 20mm increase in axle to crown length would have on the bike/handling/toe overlap?

I bought that fork the same time I bought my Kilo frameset. The fork is obviosly lighter and soaks up chatter more, but I cant tel any difference in handling between it and the stock fork.
