Frame for a FG Project.

Im thinking of buying a frame for a fg project. I am really clueless of prices of bikes and parts, what would be a reasonable price to pay for a vintage secondhand frame, obviously i know that that so many factors will come into the price but roughly?

Bikes: I have cut my stable down to one bike in hopes to make room for a roadie.

Secondhand vintage frames can be found for really cheap. Ask local bike shops...don't be afraid of looking foolish...I got mine for free and just got another free bike two days ago from a local shop. If you decide to go the ebay/craiglists route...which I would persuade you not to...look carefully at the auction page and make sure that the frame is in reasonable condition.

The best way to get parts in my opinion is just to make friends with your local cycling community and ask around.
