Sources for Italian Threaded BB for a Conversion

OK, I am very familier with English threaded bottom brackets and cranks that will work with them and where to get them. I have a buddy who is building up a conversion with an Italian threaded bottom bracket. What's a good source for a compatible bottom bracket and track crankset? I tried searching, but couldn't come up with this exact question. Any help or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Backcountry.com has very cheap Ultegra and Dura Ace bottom brackets but they are Octalink BBs for road bikes. Does it have to be a track crank?

Obviously, Campy and Miche will have them....just google around a bit or check Probikekit.com or some of the other Euro sites for the best price...

For square taper, Shimano UN-54 and Miche Primato can both be had at pretty much any shop for cheap. The former is JIS taper and the latter is ISO, depending on your crank choice.

Not a problem.
